1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using CrossPostHub in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Use of the service
CrossPostHub is a tool for publishing video content to social media platforms you own. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and publish. You agree not to use CrossPostHub to upload or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or violates the terms of any connected platform.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. CrossPostHub is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your password confidential.
4. Connected social accounts
By connecting a social media account, you grant CrossPostHub permission to publish content to that account on your behalf. You may revoke this permission at any time by disconnecting the account in your dashboard or through the platform's own settings. CrossPostHub will never post without your explicit instruction.
5. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant CrossPostHub a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process it for the purposes of delivering the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
6. Limitation of liability
CrossPostHub is provided "as is". We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrossPostHub and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time. We will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of CrossPostHub after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
